Apparently if you catch this latest strain it can make you sick as a dog, so good for her for trying. Still, you gotta admit this is pretty funny. 
So sorry to hear that.I have a respiratory cryptococcal respiratory infection that is not fun as it is taking a long time to resolve on antifungals, developed a bacterial tonsillitis with pustular tonsils and sore throat. Went to my GP to get oral AB as immunocompromised from the fungal infection. GP said he should also do a nasal swab for completeness and I now have a covid infection. A concurrent fungal, bacterial and viral infection. Now that really does make you feel ill and SpO2 has plummeted and now at 90 to 92%. I am a non smoker. If it gets any worse I will need hospital oxygen therapy. Currently on antifungals, antibiotics and antvirals. So covid is real and will make you feel like crap. I went everywhere in face masks and took caution but still caught it. Bummer.
