Why does it look like it's made from scrap metal held together by tape. If you zoom in it's not case. But looks like a drone made by a high school robotics team jerry rigged missiles onto it.

Interesting design, This is modeled after an ultra-light and with that wingspan, they can use the thermal rise off the ground to help fly in the air longer or go longer distances. However, being so light, they would have to drop munitions in pairs in order to keep from compensating the pitch and yaw from the center line.
