Announced, yup. Became official yestersay, though. Also the telegraph article made no mention of the saxons the Brits will be sending.

Or the fact that the vehicles come fully equipped with the rotating turret module... As Bill over at the car lot would say: "That ain't factory, son."

I figured that warranted the posting of the article.
