To be honest I doubt it's only for "hating Donald Trump" and more connected to the general anti-Israel stance they have, but it's worrying if one reason might be the Musk claims and common pro-apartheid white Afrikaaner of land grab misconceptions. Either way, it's a dumb diplomatic move since it's one of those countries "on the fence", between the US and China/Russia/Iran axis, and this won't exactly make them keen to move toward the former.
