Absolutely agree with you. It is the western governments and media creation of these so called redlines as I gave examples of. Confusing many in believing oh well if they say this then it must have come from Putin. Or deliberately fooling people into thinking Putin said blah blah. Sad really. But I guess it comes down to people who listen and believe or people who independently look and truly listen without bias or jumping to conclusions. He is always giving lengthy interviews ,reports and reviews. I've never once come across him remark what is constantly being claimed by many. The funniest part is when people say oh I'm not wasting my time looking at and or listening to PUTIN. This is a an obvious example of sheep. Always study your perceived or potential enemies , given the opportunity always. Otherwise you no nothing.

If he loses by a huge margin the end of the month elections he just set called, he may be forced to resign and call for presidential elections.

Your assessment of my opinion is spot on. As to yours my opinion and question stands. Thankyou for yet another incorrect example of what I requested. As to others statements about what ,who and when. Putin himself said if the West persists with weapons like long range missiles and planes then he shall consider playing by the same standards by supplying other countries with Western bases - targets with weapons capable to do the same. That statement is his.

Macron was already very unpopular before his declaration of sending soldiers to Ukraine, if he changes his position he will look crazier.
Macron cannot stand again in the next presidential elections,
he will cling to power to finish his mandate, like most politicians.
 
Interesting posturing with the drills since Putin suddenly downplayed the significance of nuclear weapons in a way at the Saint Petersburg summit.

It is, it almost in a way feels like both sides have taken a breath.
Let’s hope they might all ask what’s next and is it worth it.
No matter what some maintain. If this is an expensive war for the west. It’s certainly got to be more expensive for Russia.
Sure they have their oil reserves but let’s not forget their economy is a smaller GDP than some US States.
Then then there is the human cost. Resorting to paroling female prisoner’s, can’t help but ask yourself why.
It’s a game of chicken right now.
Nato states are finding ways they might increase their leverage without violating NATO rules.
And NATO is looking at ways to work around their rules to begin the process of integrating Ukraine into NATO.
NATO’s not backing down and in reality they have more to lose as an alliance in backing down than Russia has.
Yes Russia has their imaginary sphere of influence neighbors they seek to maintain. But they retain their territorial integrity and economy if they withdraw.
NATO risk the integrity of the alliance if they did so.
Just my opinion of course.

Was very unpopular, then his party lost like another 6% in a period where only Macron's declarations over Ukraine have occurred.
Macron cannot run again, but that's his own party, and it's up to him if he wants to be remembered as the president who handed over France to Le Pen.
 
US and Ukraine signed a 10 year defense pact. This does NOT include troops but let’s face it. We have made it implicitly clear that troops will become involved if another attempt is made at Western Ukraine. Biden admin trying to get out front of a potential Trump presidency.

This has been an interesting round of poker since the Russian counter offensive stalled. We can agree the Ukrainian offensive stalled. And the same can be said for Russias spring offensive.
So everyone is upping the ante with Weapons to Ukraine and talks and guarantees of long term support of Ukraine.
We will see how it shakes out

Not that it effects me, I'm unfit for military service due to mental illness, but still, the point remains. The only reason I would potentially consider fighting for a country that commits such disgraces is if we got invaded directly.
