Good links! Google Translate says this was said by the head of the Russian Agency of Political and Military Research. Not sure weather this is a government or academic institution, but the article's a good find - are you a Polish speaker? Most people wouldn't know where to start with finding good articles in the Polish language... it's easy enough to put them through Google translate, but I wouldn't know what I was looking for in the first place!

Well I'm actually Polish and I live in border with Belarus and about 100 kilometers to Kaliningrad so yeah.. I get to know alot of stuff.

I know that Russia has been arming Belarus with S-300 and S-400 systems for about 5 years at least. Also, they have multiple AFBs within the country with I think SU-35s......but not positive.

Since you live within 100 km of Kaliningrad, do you know if Poland has erected Observation/Watch towers on the border with Kaliningrad like they have on the Russian border?

I've seen something like it near Belarusian border but I'm not sure it's that thing. It was still an observation tower, thats fur sure, but why there?

Again, I might be wrong about it. It may aswell be something like signal tower for border guard (I'm sorry but I forgot exact word for that).
