I probably should have posted this when the event occurred but oh well...
Two days ago, an 18 yr-old black teen named Michael Brown was shot and killed by police. He was unarmed.* While the events leading up to the shooting are varied, the following has happened.
Rioting has now occurred in the Ferguson, Missouri area.
While this doesn't necessarily apply to the whole of America, it is a situation where domestically it could cause further dissent by the American population, if it gets to that point, which is quite unlikely (assuming no other similar incidents
take place, around the same time, leading to the dissent).
Either way it is a tragedy. Opinions?
