I'm trying to find a list of sanctions the US imposed on Russia, but am having a hard time.

So far, this is all I have:
  • cut off Russia’s government from Western financing
  • impose sanctions on Russia’s "elites and their family members"
Anything else?

There's sanctions on two banks as well, VEB and their military bank.

Today, the United States is taking action to respond to President Vladimir Putin’s decision to recognize the so-called Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics (DNR and LNR) as “independent” states and to deploy troops to these regions by sanctioning two major Russian state-owned financial institutions, imposing additional restrictions on Russian sovereign debt, and sanctioning five Kremlin-connected elites. This action from the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) builds on yesterday’s Executive Order imposing severe restrictions on economic activity with the DNR and LNR regions of Ukraine. Today Treasury is targeting Russia’s ability to finance aggression against its neighbors by sanctioning the Corporation Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs Vnesheconombank (VEB) and Promsvyazbank Public Joint Stock Company (PSB), along with 42 of their subsidiaries. VEB is crucial to Russia’s ability to raise funds, and PSB is critical to Russia's defense sector. These sanctions ensure VEB and PSB can no longer do business in the United States and are cut off from the U.S. financial system. All assets under U.S. jurisdiction will be immediately frozen and U.S. individuals and entities are prohibited from doing business with these institutions unless authorized by OFAC. This will immediately impair the ability of VEB and PSB to perform basic functions in the international financial system. Today’s action constrains Russia’s ability to finance defense-related contracts and raise new funds to finance its campaign against Ukraine. Treasury is also designating influential Russians and their family members in Putin’s inner circle believed to be participating in the Russian regime’s kleptocracy, including the Chairman and CEO of PSB."

Everyone here knows I’m not a fan of Biden. That said as far as military and NATO response I do not see many things that could have been done differently to this point. In my mind given the difficulties of this situation with Ukraine not being a member of NATO I’m surprised the NATO nations have been as cohesive as they have been. Turkey has said they support NATO or remained quiet. Germany has tried diplomatically to diffuse it but even they have agreed to send support and possibly troops to the Baltic’s.
Def Con admin is correct NATO cannot jump in this with both feet balls to the walls with tank divisions and Apache gun ships race tracking the boarder with Russia. It would not “sell” internationally or domestically.
They have however provided a lot of diplomatic effort over a prolonged period of time and been unified in it. They have provided everything but tanks and aircraft to Ukraine which truthfully is all they can handle there isn’t time to train up and mobilize armor and air units of trained Ukrainians .

The Sec Gen of NATO’s remark today about having 100’s of aircraft on alert was curious to me. Was this just regarding protecting NATO countries or providing air cap to Ukraine.
I will not be surprised if we do or don’t, it’s a very difficult decision to make.

For me the single biggest reason we are here though is because of Afghanistan and how we handled our withdraw. I believe Putin saw an opportunity in this perceived weakness and moved on it.
If you all will remember the US was very very quiet about what was happening with Ukraine and Russia till late December. All of the alarm calls were coming from Eastern Europe Britain Canada.
If you want a litmus test of history for the wisdom or folly of speaking up and defending Ukraine as a sovereign nation against Russia.
Look at the Finnish reaction to the situation.
They are not NATO they are adamantly non-aligned, they have been part of Russia in the recent history and they have fought brutal war with Russia.
They defend Ukraine’s right to determine their own course and defend their boarders. They have even hinted that they themselves might still join NATO if the situation warrants it.

Surely RU holds liquid assets prior to this engagement.
 
Biden states that cutting off the additional Russian banks exceeds the damage from disconnecting Russia from SWIFT, and will be used instead of disconnecting SWIFT.

The issue is that Russia has already been developing an alternative system outside of SWIFT that they could switch to. Cutting them off from SWIFT would only hurt Europe and not them (as much).
