Oh my fault but you went to DEFCON 3 because of North Korea, also a story nobody here realy cares about today I believe...

No it did almost happen but that was still Defcon 4 some weeks before and I'm still wondering why you are upset every time and why I am not perm banned yet.
 
The last time i remember we came close to def3 was when a nato member shot down a Russian mig ..... i just cant remember when that was.....................................

some time in 2017 or so due to syria, i was scared shitless

In that order. 7th, 10th, 12th, and then sometime after for OCSE.

Prior to that it has been decades. during Reagans term. NATO was doing snap military maneuvers on land in Europe and Russia was convinced it was a for real and they were in fact locked and loaded.

Most of the times when the world came closest to significant nuclear threat was various times there was a tech issue that indicated a missile launch and it came down to just a few short minutes before the alarm was canceled. Those were never heard about till decades later.

I'm not quite sure what Krzepice's last 4 posts are about and if it's anything to worry about. It would be nice if people would put a bit of an explanation in those types of posts.

I can point out something about air intelligence - recently E-8 Joint Start was spotted sortieing from Rammstein Germany USAF base, and went right above Ukraine conducting searches close to Russian border. I think this is for first time and it is really concerning - this plane's specialty is for covering land operations and locate ground targets. Last time i saw this thing in April over Lithuania.
