If this was something non-conventional we'd already know by now - Tweet is almost an hour old.
By the way, how would a tactical nuke affect the DEFCON level? It's not a direct threat to the US/NATO... sooo, uh, unless we want to retaliate: we would still be at DEFCON 3?

Wasn't referencing any type of attack, nor any time frame for one. Just curious if anyone had ever seen a countrywide alert issued.
