Looked into the Mariupol issue regarding France, Turkey, and Greece. It seems that it's a negotiated diplomatic effort between the three countries and Russia to try and secure a humanitarian evacuation, rather than a military effort.

This was reported first by @krzepice1976 days ago but moved it out of private staff thread since it's being reported publicly now.

The European Union "sped up plans" and recommends member states to stock up on iodine tablets, protective suits and other medical supplies. Work is also underway on guidelines for countering the effects of possible attacks with biological or chemical weapons.
