The Russians are embarrassed by their failings. It is pretty clear that they would get seven stuffing's of crap kicked out of them by NATO, hence them going on about their new ICBM. (they view their nukes like a get out of jail card) It is all a front: The tough talk; the threatening behaviour. They are now is siege mode; even though no-one is besieging them.
I didn't really notice that so much. What caught my attention was his right hand. It's in an unusual position, I thought. I haven't really watched too much of Putin to know is body habits.
Just seemed forced and awkward to me . Could be he’s just tried and working at keeping focused on point.
His back seems to be curved as well, he's probably suffering from a range of diseases. It wouldn't surprise me if one of them would be a neurodegenerative disease.
Are their conventional forces 30 years ahead, as you put it? Because if their nuclear forces are maintained and supplied to the same standard, then the few that actually leave the ground and travel the right path will either fail completely or end up fizzling (Fizzle is the technical term for when a nuclear bomb fails to actually go nuclear). A dirty bomb is still a very bad thing, but it's not a nuclear bomb.
I agree and I am not sure what would give anyone the idea that Russia is 30 years ahead of the West in ANY area. The results thus far would indicate that not to be true. I actually lean toward them being further behind the West in that regard.
Yes don't listen to people who think Russia is ahead of us in anyway period. They are obviously lacking any real knowledge of Russian military capabilities and/or gulably believing Russian propaganda. :sick:
Making "super weapons" to scare the West because they really are lacking any professional/organized army and don't want people to think their weak. This is a familiar strategy like durring the cold war Soviets would claim wild things to cover the fact they are weak.
