But if I read that right, I was close. You have to jump from 100 kt to 700 kt (approximate) if you want to double the amount of damage done by area.
There are a lot of variables in play, such as assuming that both yields are airburst at the proper altitude to maximize their destructive power. Geography and weather also play a role. But as a general guide, that's information to have. Thank you!
