Tuesday, October 11, 2022 - BFMTV reports: "Deputy mayor of Lviv denounces "three new explosions" on the city's electricity and heating network - "This proves once again that Russia is waging a war against civilians", denounced on BFMTV Serhiy Kiral, deputy mayor of Lviv, in western Ukraine. He explained that "three explosions" took place on Tuesday "at the same places as yesterday".
"These are planned and directed strikes on critical infrastructure sites such as the city's heating and electricity network," he continued.

(Noticed a lot of the USA/Western media are ignoring the Tuesday October 11 Russia attacks on Lviv and other parts of Ukraine, with data mostly available on Twitter sites.)

BFMTV (in French) is reporting new Ukraine and Russia offensive attacks on each others' electrical infrastructure.
-- Russia: "2,000 people without electricity after a Ukrainian strike in Russia, near the border, according to the regional governor. The governor of the Russian region of Belgorod, bordering Ukraine, accused kyiv on Tuesday of carrying out a strike on an electrical installation which deprived 'more than 2,000 inhabitants' of power. 'The Ukrainian army bombed an electrical substation in Chebekino', a Russian town seven kilometers from the Ukrainian border, indicated on Telegram Vyacheslav Gladkov, specifying that there had been no victims."
---Ukraine: "Earlier Tuesday, the Russian army said it had carried out new massive strikes in Ukraine, in particular against electrical installations."

RUSSIA'S FOREIGN MINISTRY: WE CONTINUE TO RECEIVE CONTRADICTORY SIGNALS FROM UNITED STATES || SAYS MOSCOW IS OPEN TO DIPLOMACY AT ALL LEVELS

That report also states: "The minister emphasized that Moscow does not have a 100% proof of this information, but the evidence was multiplying and the West was starting to realize that they are going a little bit further than they intended." "Evidence abounds" should = "proof"... or not "evidence" -- "Suspicion" does not = "evidence"
