Been awhile since I took chemistry but aren't there certain chem that can release foul smell?

Yes some do have a odor Hydrogen sulfide, phosgene gas. Been exposed to both in industrial settings. Yeah there are all kinds. They smell distinctive but the issues is recognizing them and trying to get away from them quickly. Or being properly masked up.
Most do not normally cause heart attacks though. Respiratory or neurological damage most common.

Current situation seems drug related, maybe fentanyl. I may be speaking out of turn by saying that and it's certainly too early to know but, that's a lot of cardiac arrests

Yongson is awesome during special events. Heck it’s great on a slow night. Sad outcome today.
Seems like some bad juju got passed. I’m with the Fentanyl vote from earlier. Lot of Cardiac Arrests and not a lot of body boards with broken necks, compound rib fractures, collapsed lungs etc,

Doesn't have to be an explicit crush, from what I've read most victims suffocated since the pressure from the bodies all around them effectively prevented them from breathing, hence triggering the arrest when they can't get enough oxygen.
