When the hurricane hits I will start new thread to reflect that
Still looking like landfall is going to be in the Sarasota area. But these things are infamous for making last-minute course changes that go against the forecast.

Even if it makes landfall at Sarasota, Tampa Bay is f*****.

The newest update says it's going to make landfall as a strong category 4 instead of a category 3. Things just got even worse.

Yes, everything from cedar Key to fort Meyers is going to get hit hard. Milton still a cat 5 with 160 mph winds as of this mornings update from NHC. Will definitely make landfall as a cat 4.

New wind models have 130 to 135 mph winds. Sustained. Tampa Bay including my area will see the worst of the Winds.

Debris and waste pickup will continue until no longer possible to help minimize flying debris created from last hurricane last week still.

FEMA already prepping sites setting up food and water distribution centers already expecting hundreds of thousands if not millions in coming weeks to be without food, water, and other crital supplies.
