Similar to the NYC PSA from a few years ago. And about as useful. Pretty sure the water pressure for showering, etc is going to be nonexistent after a nuclear attack. Also, I wouldn't count on getting any instructions from the authorities. At least not any that are going to be helpful for treating the injured or sick.
