With all of the pardons along with the pre-inaugural conversation I'm very afraid.
(^^ link about what a grouping of trump supporters during the opening of his speech said).
((couldn't get the link on hand for the comments on repealing DEI from colleges/workplaces, but a quick google would show it in the pre-speech).,
A lot of trans-gender/gay/(black/south american) minority aligning employees are afraid of his policy as my company has to double down a lot on the fact we aren't going to quit our efforts in ensuring we are a diverse workplace that is accepting of anyone as long as they retain a baseline of competency or willingness to learn.
I think this is a very scary time for a lot of people as a lot of our employees within internal survey and open-door policy are afraid of the outlook of some of these policies, be it the policy on revoking DEI from the educational system in America or within the workplace. Though I will highlight these aren't the main branch employees, these are the regional employees who are in more..."dominated" areas of the united states.
Im personally believe everything can be fine as long as we don't embolden it; though, I think this issue is more stemming with educational attainment (our financial backing for our employees to continue education) due to comments shared by the administration such as Michigan and other universities are going to start repealing DEI based policy or policy that opens the doors for more people to go to college for a degree program considered "good"; though, we constantly emphasize we don't care where the education comes from as long as they are dedicated self learners.
I think this is scary time, but with the revoking of DEI policy I believe it's going to help us determine internally what companies we should work with and not, and it will make internal cases of racial charged preference become easier to detect.

Final: I think that the Biden pardons paints a scary picture for what is going to come from the new administration, but I'm interested if trump will hold up his "Releasing JFK files" en masse. I'm also interested in what we are going to see in the development of Europe over the next 4 years.
