Another firm speech by Khamenei: negotiations with the current administration will not lead to the removal of the sanctions but to their worsening; it is not possible to conduct negotiations with an administration that does not meet its obligations; Iran is not interested in war, but if the US or its agents make a wrong move, the Iranian response will be decisive and the US will be harmed first and foremost; If Iran wanted a nuclear weapon, the US could not prevent it. Iran does not produce nuclear weapons because it does not want to; the sanctions are not without influence, but they are not the main cause of the crisis the economic
The bottom line: the leader sticks to his position: "neither negotiations nor war". Does not correspond with Trump's position: "either negotiations or war", and currently it is not clear how and whether this gap can be bridged at all..

🇮🇶 🇮🇷 🇺🇸 BREAKING: Iraqi paper Al-Mada reports that the US has tipped off Iraqi leaders on a potential strike in Iran due to Tehran's unwillingness to negotiate.

Al-Mada reports that Iran-aligned factions in Iraq have gathered in a "Najaf operations room" to discuss the overthrow of the Syrian transitional government, and have been directed by Iran to prepare to target American interests in Iraq.

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio on Trump's warning to Iran: When President Trump says something, he means it. If he says something will happen, it will happen..
Iran is probably looking at how the US is handling Russia/Ukraine. Though the US seems to be more willing to fight when it comes to the ME.

Rubio says Trump will take action against Iran if nuclear diplomacy falls short:
US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said Wednesday that President Donald Trump will order military action against Iran if necessary to prevent it from getting a nuclear weapon, albeit reluctantly, as Tehran said it would soon respond to the recent threats from the US over its nuclear program. “If you asked him, he would tell you he would much prefer to work this out diplomatically without a war,” Rubio told conservative radio host Hugh Hewitt in an interview. ”
“But if you force him to choose between a nuclear Iran or taking action, the president has been clear he will take action,” he asserted.

Hewitt had asked Rubio whether the US would act alone “if it comes to blows.”
“If the president makes the decision that we need to take action to prevent Iran from having a nuclear capability, we have the ability to do that, and to go further, perhaps even threaten the regime,” the top US diplomat added.

US Senator John Fetterman said he supports a military strike to destroy Iran’s remaining nuclear facilities, in an interview published Friday by Israel Hayom. “Yes, blow it up. I support that.” he said.

Fetterman said he sees a “once-in-a-generation opportunity” to act, adding that Iran has proven incapable of preventing such a move. “I don't think one can really conduct effective negotiations with this regime,” he said.

Asked about reports that US President Donald Trump is seeking a new nuclear deal with Iran, Fetterman said such efforts would likely fail, as “the Iranians don't even want to talk.”

Yea they (US) can say the moving of 2 more strike groups to the M.E is for Houthis BUT what we have there is already enough to combat them.

So... Just putting everything together that has been said past couple weeks from Trump, Rubio, and Iran itself paints a clear picture of future military escalation between Iran & US.
Should also be noted I saw no mentioning of these two new strike groups moving to M.E where to relive the already tremendous amount of firepower/assests already in the region. Meaning their adding, not rotating with this move. KEY NOTE. 👆
Here's the sources I posted in other thread for my claims of two strike groups moving to M.E:

🚨BREAKING NEWS: Two US carrier strike groups headed to the Middle East.

U.S. officials have informed the AP that the U.S. plans to position two carrier strike groups, USS Harry S. Truman and the soon-to-arrive USS Carl Vinson, in the Middle East. The Defense Secretary has directed these deployments to strengthen the U.S. military presence in the area, including an extension of the USS Harry S. Truman's mission.

My guess is this is going to keep dripping out.. It does explain lots of different things that have been happening in the Middle East. Personally I have believed Iran has had a couple “emergency” nukes since the collapse of the Soviet Union, but warheads must be maintained. A nuke like that would be 40-50 years old, and likely would not reach criticality at the same level as a fresh nuke. The article is implying/saying Iran now has the delivery system. I will have some bullets below here is the link.

“Tehran almost certainly has [a nuclear bomb] by now. The Iranians themselves have made that clear. There is only a "one-week gap from the issuance of the order to the first test" of a nuclear bomb, according to an April 2024 public statement of a senior Iran lawmaker”

“On missiles, there is no doubt where Tehran got its delivery systems. "Most of Iran's liquid-fueled ballistic missiles, including all its longest-range ones, are North Korean missiles with new paint," Bruce Bechtol, author of North Korean Military Proliferation in the Middle East and Africa: Enabling Violence and Instability, told Gatestone.”
“Then, the infamous Khan, known as the father of the Pakistani bomb, merchandised China's technology, including China's blueprints for at least one warhead, to various countries across the Middle East and North Africa. Iran was one of Khan's customers, especially for parts for centrifuges, the machines that purify uranium to bomb-grade. Khan used Chinese military installations to facilitate transfers to Iran.“
