Not being political here nor intend to start political debate. HOWEVER no one should believe a word Trump says about about foreign affairs.
Though not sure how much I trust Houthis word. But if the Hothis saying there is no ceasefire then I'd naturally believe them if it's coming from the horses mouth you know? 🤔

The Houthi's have been bombed since their establishment. I highly doubt they are deterred yet.

@Trump
Blah blah blah. Shut up or bomb something already. Jeez…
Meanwhile those B-2s could be getting put to work extensively to cur the Daesh fuckers that are pooping themselves out of the ground amidst this conflict in Libya... Trump's making himself look unreasonably weak in this situation, for seemingly no reason. They are either assessing credible Iranian threats against the mainland, or he actually believes that an agreement can be reached, at the behest of the interests of his administration. Iran clearly isn't going to give up their enriched uranium so I am leaning more towards the credible threat against the mainland angle.

Good Palestinian protestor and right wing BoTs and NPC can loses there mind on social media. A new great Jewish/Vatican conspiracy to be ran with

In regards to Israel. Yes.

And @DarkNoon Great job. Day in, day out. Simply outstanding.
Thank you. Someone has to do it. And OSINT handles on Twitter are less than reliable and not as quick as me. At least durring a crisis. They are great for general peacetime monitoring though.

I use to depend on OSINT handles and these forums for my information. But got tired of waiting for it to be fed to me. So over the 15 years I've been here I've developed my own set of skills and instead of waiting for the news to be fed to me I find it myself and typically before anyone else.

As I said before regardless of forums I'd be monitoring world events. So might as well make that time useful and help others stay informed with me. Way I look at it. :)

The Vatican has certainly been challenged since John Paul.

I wonder if the US administrations trip to the middle east is a final attempt at a diplomatic resolution to the Iran nuclear problem. So far, I have not seen a massive military buildup for war.

Well it’s pressure on Iran’s foreign policy in the region. As well as likely considerable political pressure domestically.
He’s right there in the dessert opening up trade with the gulf states and the new Syrian gov and expanding the Abraham accords. Making a direct plea to Muslims to engage in the only other thing they enjoy more than Jihad,
Business and trade.
The compliment in his speech lauding Islamic architecture and good things about its culture did not hurt either.
Honey and butter to lead rather than sanctions and pressure.

The one thing that stood out to me is the extensive trade and investment deals with Qatar. I say this because of Qatar’s harboring of Hamas and sometimes seemingly being a conduit between Iran and Hamas when it was convenient.
It sincerely seems like he’s trying to redirect the gulf states away from occasionally encouraging of conflicts in the region. In an attempt to drive up the price of oil. To modernization and trade. It doesn’t hurt that with him in office and increased US oil production it is forcing a stabilization of oil prices.

Israel has had little to nothing to say in opposition to his deals with Qatar. It is Israel’s lack of concern for the deals with the gulf states as well as dropping sanctions on the new Syrian government that brought this theory to mind. It’s not very complicated or coercive. It is simply adults in the same neighborhood trying to put the past behind them in working towards a better future.

Nobody came home from the build up last month (almost no one, the ways of the US Navy are ineffable)

The unprecedented U.S. military buildup, especially airpower, has not left the Middle East. All of it remains deployed in theater. Last I checked, even our strike groups are still positioned there. In fact, an additional two B-2s were recently sent to the Indian Ocean. Making it 8 in total now?

Edit:

Yea what he said.
