possible, but its June isn't the weather a no go for the next few months? lots of storms? while I would not put it past China to attempt it, IDK if current situation calls for them to risk it, now a blockade? that's a possibility too.

Yep. We have just weathered the edge of a typhoon, first of the season, and there are still heavy rainstorms across Southern China and other parts of the Pacifc. Not an opportune moment in the slightest.
