Lithuania and Philippines sign a pact to build an alliance against aggression

The Philippines and Lithuania have signed an agreement to build a security alliance. The agreement signed Monday in Manila is a result of mutual alarm over what they perceive as growing aggression threatening their regions by countries such as China.
