Faytuks reports that an Israeli airstrike hit a building in Qom where the Assembly of Experts (a council of about 90 senior clerics tasked with electing Iran's new Supreme Leader) was holding a vote.

The building is reported to have been "completely full" at the time of the airstrike.

Reuters reports - on the basis of phone conversations with Iranians from around the country - that, contrary to US hopes, there are no signs of a popular uprising in Iran.

Tehran is described as a ghost town - apart from security checkpoints and IRGC patrols roving the city. Amid electricity and water cuts residents are stocking up on food and essential supplies in preparation for a longer conflict.

Break-ins and looting are a concern; there appears to be a general air of hopelessness, and many of those Reuters spoke to wish to flee the country.

👉So naturally anything he say about Israel/Middle East you should automatically assume is false/or propaganda narrative driven until proven otherwise. He doesn't care about the facts, just pushing his propaganda.

I encourage people to not use him as a source IF you want to legitimately confirm things.

The Qatari Foreign Ministry said that "Qatar did not participate in the war against Iran, but rather exercises its legitimate right to self-defense and deter Iranian aggression against its territory. We call on the media to rely on reliable Qatari sources when reporting on Qatar."

The West estimates that Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and probably Qatar will attack Iran. Details:

Western diplomats estimate that Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and probably Qatar are "very close" to joining the attacks against Iran, even if not on a large scale but rather symbolically. Earlier, it was reported that Qatar had already attacked Iran, but a spokesman for the Qatari Foreign Ministry denied this.
