Will the UK and France increase their nuclear stock? I know France has mentioned expanding their nuclear umbrella over Europe if or when the US draws down. I believe these are things to watch for. IMO

This seems to mean Germany doesn't see Russia as an imminent threat as they are certainly taking their time to increase troop levels.

Maybe, you don't raise an army like they're taking about overnight though. It's not just the personal it's the weapons to equip them also. I'll be curious to see if they use conscription to raise it.

France & UK would extend our so-called nuclear umbrella to protect Germany.
Would be politically difficult (and of course expensive) for the Germans to pursue nuclear weapons, they'd probably rather rely on others.
