📣🧹
I still stand by my remarks from almost a month ago. Until hostilities start again, I’m not reporting on Iran. I need a break. There will likely be no lead up to hostilities resuming.

I find it pointless to spend my time reporting the chest thumping or, more crudely put, dick measuring contests between the two, as that is all that is really happening. Or, even more simply, a game of cat and mouse.

Either way, my point is that for the last four months, the rest of the global stage has been ignored, as the global bandwidth for “giving a shit” about a particular world affair has its limits with most people, leaving no room for other hotspots/crises.

So while we wait for the U.S. and Iran to figure out who has the biggest dick, I’m going to cover all Nuclear Club news not related to Iran until further notice, still.

Besides, everyone here has been covering Iran well without me.

👉 My time is better spent during downtimes like these looking at and reporting on other parts of the world theater that get ignored during a “crisis.”

Rest assured, though, the moment hostilities resume, I’ll be right back here reporting every detail. Until then, you’re not going to see reports on Iran from me.

Thanks for your time, as always! AND take any comments to 🔗ANALYSIS sister thread.

Iran urges intl response to US demands

Tehran has urged the international community to confront Washington's demands, while the United States warned Iran anew that it will have a "very bad time" if a peace deal is not reached soon.

In a letter to Pope Leo XIV, Iran's President Masoud Pezeshkian said the "destructive approach" of the US and Israel and their "illegitimate attacks" are not directed solely against Iran, but rather against the rule of law on the global level, international law, human values, and the teachings of divine religions, the Tehran Times reported.
