Looks like I am not the only one who thought this.

Not quite sure that's a good strategy. Usually, in the history of warfare, the "sit out in the open so the enemy can shoot at me" strategy is generally considered bad.

It also puts U.S. servicepersons in the line of fire for something that the CIA is able to do
