It literally doesn’t state that at all. I understand everyone is on edge, but social media has been so bad the past couple days with poorly sourced information, click bait, and straight up fabricated information.

A test is an exercise
 
The Swedish Defense Minister said the following to press today: "This is no ordinary exercise. The operation is carried out for real and the forces protect the transport with real weapons, says Manne Schagerström at the Armed Forces' operations management." "Together with our German friends, we are today carrying out a rapid reinforcement of Gotland."

Here’s the German side, the other side leading the exercise, stating explicitly it was an exercise. The differentiating factor is they carried live ammunition.
