Well, the blue states should like this ruling. They're all about soft on crime aren't they. IMO

Im okay with it. If a bad guy, who bothered to spend $1000 on a pistol instead of stealing it, went to rob a gas station, they would be found sitting still in the intersection gripping the steering wheel with their foot on the brake as the light changes…and changes….
