Temporary Pause on X/Twitter Posting Due to Reply Restriction. I’m temporarily pausing posting on X/Twitter until an account side issue is resolved.
The account replies/comments are currently failing, including plain text replies with no links. Posting sources/links on main post is bad as algorithm throttles you for it in a bad way. So. No point in posting on Twitter until they lift this bogus restriction.
I'll still post on forums if it is important of course. But going to take this time to take a break I guess, until they rectify this issue.
Contacted support. They told me to fuck myself and no way to appeal it, it will "be lifted" at a undetermined amount of time. So fuck em. Taking a break.
What really grinded my gear is that they said that the reason why this restriction can happened is because unhelpful replies can be flagged. I asked what is unhelpful about posting fact-based sources or governmental sources to back up main tweets claim? I was then told that there's nothing I can do and to screw myself. So I'm done for now. On X at least. Not the forums of course.
