Afternoon U.S. strikes hit an oil/industrial area in Abadan and locations around Mahshahr, according to Khuzestan’s deputy governor. The report does not confirm direct hits on Abadan refinery or Mahshahr’s petrochemical facilities.

Bushehr officials reported four sites struck around Bushehr & Choghadak with no injuries. Tasnim separately reported explosions near Kish power plant may require generating units to be taken offline and boats at Kish port were damaged; those claims remain independently unconfirmed.

Kuwait’s General Staff said air defenses engaged hostile missiles and drones inside Kuwaiti airspace late Tuesday afternoon. Sirens sounded and authorities attributed explosions to interception activity.

Airport operations and street activity were later reported normal, with no fresh casualties or damage announced.

Jordan said its air defenses destroyed four missiles entering from Iran at dawn, with no casualties or material damage reported.

Bahrain said its defenses intercepted and destroyed multiple Iranian aerial attacks as sirens were repeatedly activated, but did not publish an interception count or casualty assessment.

Iran’s parliamentary National Security Committee said a bill regulating passage through the Strait of Hormuz was formally submitted Monday night.

Lawmakers are seeking urgent consideration in parliament’s first public wartime session. The bill would regulate passage routes, services & fees, but has not passed and is not yet law. Approval could still take 2 to 4 weeks.

Saudi Arabia’s Cabinet welcomed Baghdad’s commitment not to allow Iraqi territory or airspace to be used for attacks against Saudi Arabia or other regional states.

Separately, anonymous Iraqi sources claimed authorities are monitoring 7 to 10 Iran linked factions and examining possible involvement in attacks on U.S. sites in Bahrain, Kuwait, Jordan & Oman.

An Asaib Ahl al-Haq spokesman also claimed AAH, Saraya al-Salam and Kataib Imam Ali are moving toward state control of arms, with two additional factions expected to follow. The latter two reports remain unconfirmed.

Omani Foreign Minister Badr al-Busaidi proposed an inclusive Gulf security framework covering the six GCC states, Iran & Iraq, alongside a permanent, law based framework protecting navigation through the Strait of Hormuz.

He said regional partnerships, including with the U.S., should be rebalanced rather than abandoned.

Saudi authorities said defenses intercepted a Houthi ballistic missile threat toward southern Saudi Arabia. An impact at Abha Airport and casualties remain unverified, while a widely shared video presented as the attack was traced to footage from 2019.

Oman & the Arab League subsequently condemned the Houthi escalation.

As of 21:30 Iran time on July 14, 2026, Iranian provincial officials & state media reported:

♦️Qeshm was struck by U.S. projectiles at approximately 19:00, no target, damage or toll was released.

♦️One explosion was reported in Andimeshk, its cause, target and effects remained unconfirmed.

♦️One site in Abadan was struck at 13:25. A site near Mahshahr was struck at 13:30, producing two explosions; no casualties were reported.

♦️Bushehr recorded four noon explosions. Dashti was struck at noon and again that afternoon, while Tangestan was also hit. Earlier, three attack rounds hit sites in Bushehr and Choghadak. Initial assessments reported no casualties or major civilian damage.

♦️Three explosions were reported in Bandar Abbas around 00:50, followed later by five west of the city. Civilian areas were reportedly hit, but targets and damage were not identified.

♦️An environmental guard building in Seyed Jowzar, Hajiabad, was struck, killing three civilians, including two children.

♦️Kish reportedly received seven projectiles over approximately one hour. Part of its power station and several vessels near the port were damaged, no power outage was reported.

♦️Sites in Omidiyeh were struck, injuring four. One site at Bandar Imam Khomeini was also hit, no casualty update followed.
