Balloon/UAP Sightings & Shootdown(s)

Well … damn. Now, if true, the DOD just looks stupid.
They bagged a $12 ballon with an Aim-9X thats cost $400,000 not including: Aircraft time (maintenance) and fuel. Oh and they missed once so it took 2!
Well that's certainly a story to tell for the people who sent the balloon up...
"My balloon was shot down by the US Govt"
Talk about government overreach!

.......“balloons belonging to private companies, recreation, or research institutions.”
And the public threw a fit, thought it was alien's.
Nope, the US government just saw one balloon, decided to look more closely for other balloons, and found out the reason they don't look for balloons is because... balloons are a common thing in the atmosphere.

What I've been saying from the beginning. But no I was under reacting for some. 🤦‍♂️🤣 Told you all this was all nothing and overblown hype from the media, government, and people.

Though we will likly never know much about the Chinese giant spy balloon. (The first incident that sparked all this hysteria.)

The post china intel ballon shoot down.
Are beginning to feel a lot like the Battle For Los Angels’s

Presumably related to the original balloon that was shot down.
It’s due to Pelosi’s visit to Taiwan in August:

Kirby told a White House news briefing that U.S. and Chinese diplomats can still communicate despite tensions over the balloon incident.

"I recognize that there are tensions, but Secretary Blinken still has an open line of communication with the foreign minister. We still have an embassy in Beijing ... and the State Department also can communicate directly with the PRC embassy personnel here," he said, referring to the People's Republic of China.

"Unfortunately, the military lines aren't open, and that's really what we would like to see amended," he said.

China cut several military-to-military communication channels and other areas of bilateral dialogue after an August visit to the Chinese-claimed island of Taiwan by then-U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, which took Washington-Beijing relations to a dangerous low.

I understand American fear of Chinese balloons considering they have the ability to carry atleast 3 nuclear hyposonic weapons or a small emp device. But the first mentioned is easily recognised the second not so easy. Still you gotta laugh.🤣😂🤣 I know I was rolling on the floor watching and listening to admittance from Biden the other 3 shot down were from private American corporations.
