Croatia’s government authorised signing a loan agreement under the EU SAFE defence investment instrument. Croatia’s defence plan includes joint-procurement financing for Leopard 2A8 tanks, Caesar 155mm self propelled howitzers, Tatra 6x6/8x8 heavy trucks, and ammunition projects.
