Russian has placed its strategic nuclear forces on alert and has moved its Far East troops closer to Europe to hold drills.
The economic war against Russia has caused Russia to issue threats to France with real war. It has also said that it will respond to countries that have issued sanctions against it.
Russia claims that the West was "hatching" plans for a nuclear war. Additionally, Russia says it does not have an "escalate to de-escalate" military doctrine. The United States says it is working with Poland to provide fighter jets to Ukraine. Poland, however, has denied the claim. Russia claims Ukraine was working on a dirty bomb.
There are some scenarios being considered in which Russia could explode a nuclear weapon either over the sea or over Ukraine in an effort to speed up the war, frighten NATO away, or extort countries to give up its economic warfare against Russia. Iran says that it will continue to enrich uranium to 20% in new nuclear deal while China's new missile fields can hold solid-fuel weapons capable of reaching the United States.
