Disable Style Chooser

As we enter our fourth month and I question whether or not we'll ever go to DEFCON 5 again, I now wonder if people should be allowed to hide behind the DEFCON 5 style since doing so is just the equivalent of burying one's head under the sand. For this reason I am recommending the community vote on whether or not the style chooser should remain active or be disabled at least for the duration of the heightened alert status.

Never cared for it. Also room for error someone could accidentally changed the setting without intending.

Either way, people should be aloud to pick their own DEFCON level. Don't make much sense.

Eventually DWS will go back down to DEFCON 5. I imagine the staff have had a good discussion about returning to D5 or what the conditions would be for that.

People can think whatever they like, it doesn't change what the level set by the Director is. I vaguely remember running across this issue a while ago, pretty sure different styles are at different levels because only the default style's DEFCON level is changed regularly. So if you log out the site will return to default, and you'll see the current level on the forum. Or just go to the main website The DEFCON Warning System - The DEFCON Warning System Shop

...and if someone is dedicated enough on the DWS forum to be messing around with the style settings, they could easily find out the actual DEFCON level and probably check in with the Director's updates regularly.

The Style chooser shouldn't even be an option. I'll have to look into that.
