East Palestine- Experts Say Removal Of Contaminated Soil And Water Will Likely Take Years.

There is an incredible silence from the DOT and FEMA on this accident.
I did a couple of searches for info from either federal agency and cannot find one.

It is either not a serious concern or these depts are incompetent.
One would think given just the social media attention to this they might at least address the incidents.

I’ve seen Ohio and Penn EPA, the governors, the local fire and police departments and local government and even the rail company make statements on the accidents.

Exactly. I try to stay away from conspiracy hype, but something is not right, seriously not right, and the lack of mainstream coverage proves IMHO
I may, if not even probably, be proven wrong. Hopefully very soon.

It’s the same for me. Social media hype can be just as bad and counter productive from the right as the left.
I honestly don’t know how bad it is for these localities. I’m not making light of the danger from this accident there is.
Does the lack of comment from fema and DOT mean it’s not really that bad, or there AOL from there delighted duties.

The current FEMA and DOT officials are just officers on a rudderless ship, that has been sailing aimlessly for the past 2 yrs.

I believe that this hodgepodge of Chemicals has the EPA and others busier that a one legged man with a chainsaw shoved up his arse and dropped into a pit full of alligators.

It going to be a major disaster site. Clean up will take years.

Overheard today at Pres. Biden's briefing: DOT it's your responsibly ...NO, FEMA it's your responsibility ... No, EPA it's your responsibility
Hey, Karine Jean-Pierre you figure it out!

Tons of Democrat accounts & influencers pushing the false narrative that Trump deregulated safety brakes for hazmat trains in 2018 causing the wreck in Ohio. There’s two major problems with that:
1) The train in Ohio wouldn’t have had those breaks
2) The regulation on those breaks was rolled back due to the FAST Act that was passed in 2015 under Obama This is per
