We've updated the Emergency Supplies link to include radiation supplies. This is a generic search, mind you, so we can't vouch for the effectiveness of anything. But it's there for you to look in to if you want it. Iodine pills are always a good thing.

Some of the radiation detectors are for medical purposes and aren't useful for nuclear war. If you want a radiation detector for nuclear war levels of radiation, be prepared to spend several hundred dollars. Not fifty dollars!
