Turns out the drone intrusions in Germany were worse than initially thought❗️

German outlets (citing an internal memo) now say the Schleswig-Holstein drone incursions were broader: drones flew over TKMS’s naval shipyard in Kiel, a Kiel gas power plant, the Kiel Landtag (state parliament), and the Heide refinery that supplies Hamburg Airport with jet fuel. Some reports describe a “drone cluster with a mothership” and parallel flight lanes—i.e., coordinated swarms.

Four EU and NATO countries bordering Russia plan to build concrete bunkers and anti-drone nets in the area of vital energy facilities as part of a plan to protect power grids following Russian drone incursions, Reuters reports.
Poland, Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia treat the plan as an urgent matter.
In interviews with Reuters, network operators in Poland and Lithuania provided hitherto undisclosed details about the plan, which includes building bunkers to house key substations or parts of substations, using anti-drone nets to cover critical infrastructure and storing hard-to-replace components.
„After incidents in Copenhagen and elsewhere, there is a growing awareness that energy infrastructure is particularly exposed”, Grzegorz Onichimowski, CEO of Polish network operator PSE, told Reuters.

Arrested under a European Arrest Warrant (EAW) issued by a court in Karlsruhe. The Polish court will now have 100 days to review the evidence and decide whether to extradite the suspect to Germany.

Expect heavy political maneuvering around the case. For now, the Polish criminal attorney has issued a statement saying "For our part, we do not determine guilt or seek confessions. Our task is merely to determine whether there is reason to proceed [with the arrest] under the laws applicable on the territory of Poland."

The Chief of Staff of the French Army states that we must "be ready as early as tonight" for high-intensity warfare and adds: "there is an adversary at our gates who is testing us, who has an objective interest in weakening the Alliance by creating distortions in assessment." A new statement from the French Army aimed at preparing minds for a potential direct military confrontation with the #Russia Federation, which is essential. This confrontation would not take place directly on French soil but on the soil or in the airspace of a European country and #NATO member, for example #Estonia where hundreds of French soldiers are already deployed. Yet, it is not natural for the French to think that we might go to war with Russia to "defend Estonia." The army is therefore perfectly right to prepare the French for this scenario, to indicate how it is preparing for it and why. It is also essential to recall that in the event of aggression against a NATO and EU country, Article 5 of the Alliance could apply but also Article 42-7 of the Treaty on European Union where the States must provide assistance by ALL MEANS in the event of aggression.

Drone sightings in Germany throughout last week, appear to have been much more serious than was initially reported. Swarms of both large and small drones observed flying in “deliberate patterns” over and around several military bases and critical infrastructure sites in Schleswig-Holstein, including the ThyssenKrupp Plant, Kiel University Hospital, Kiel Canal, Kiel Bay, Heide Oil Refinery, Hamburg Airport, a coastal power plant, and the state parliament headquarters known as the Landeshaus Kiel.

Dated 09/26/2025 so about 5 days ago. Im not 100% certain as to when the above TV program happened OR if this was repeated by Pierre Schill, Chief of Staff of the Army but given that it was said 5 days ago, and also searching the phrase: « Être prêt dès ce soir » (“Be ready tonight”) on X shows results of the LePoint article from 5 days ago ( as linked ) so I am leaning more to believe this is a "be ready asap" as oppose to "actually tonight"
