Then we have this Supposedly all the multi mega ton weapons have been decommissioned but I personally believe not ALL have been and there are still a few hidden deep in some bunker somewhere, on both sides. IMO True city killers!

:Reassembling such weapons requires full manufacturing pipelines, specialized facilities, and months to years—not one hour—as nuclear pits, explosives, and tritium components undergo processing and disposal after dismantlement.
