HAZMAT Incident-Garden Grove Ca. - UPDATE

The Consulate General of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Los Angeles urges esteemed citizens present in southern California to exercise utmost caution and vigilance, particularly in light of the announcement by Orange County authorities regarding a chemical emissions leak from an industrial facility in the city of Garden Grove. The Consulate also calls on citizens to stay away from enclosed areas and to follow all safety instructions and guidelines issued by the relevant local authorities.

I don't know what actually happened to cause the incident.

Kind of surprised they aren't trying to offload the material. From the news report I heard last night, they are waiting for it to either rupture or explode. Neither is a good scenario.
