Updated my numbers. Sorry didn't do it sooner been busy. Probably where the mistake happened. Doing to much. Can take a look again. Your right. Not sure how the numbers got mixed up. Huh. All good now though.I don't think this is wrong, I think it was just an error in your original post with the numbering:
^ These are numbers 12, 13 and 14 on the escalation ladder, not 18, 19 and 20. If you used an LLM to format the post I think it added in a hallucination
