"Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif says Iran will have its 'own options' in response to any violations of the 2015 nuclear deal, adding that the Islamic Republic will 'surprise' US President-elect Donald Trump if he scraps the accord ... Asked about Trump’s campaign pledge to quash the nuclear deal, Zarif said, 'Whatever he does to the nuclear deal, we’re not worried about it, because we have our own options' ... 'As I’ve said before, President-elect Trump likes surprises and we will make him surprised,' said the Iranian foreign minister ... said it is in the interest of all sides to honor their obligations under the accord ... Iranian President Hassan Rouhani said fresh negotiations on the JCPOA would have no meaning and there would be no new talks ... Russia has also said it would be unforgivable if the agreement was lost"

Bluster. What exactly can Iran do? Invade Israel? Attack Saudi Arabia?

Or are we talking more terrorist-related?
Hard to say what Iran would do, but surely it wont attack Israel or Saudia Arabia. Iran would be very likely to lose. Iran also hasn't attacked anyone in a very long time.

Could be that Iran will say "thanks for all that uranium you gave us. We've been storing it. Think we've build a few nuclear weapons with it, since you backed out've the treaty. Just bought the technology from North Korea."

That would certainly be "surprising." Granted, I don't expect Iran will be quite that surprising, but possible. Certainly they won't be attacking anyone though. They'll just be "a problem" in some way. Some "surprising" way. I'm sure they have something in mind to frustrate us with.
