Netanyahu: Our operation against the Houthis will not end with one blow.
A missile launched by Iranian-backed rebels in Yemen on Sunday briefly halted flights and commuter traffic at Israel's main international airport after an impact left a plume of smoke and caused panic among passengers.
Regarding the Houthi ballistic missile strike that targeted the grounds of Ben Gurion Airport:
The Houthis are undoubtedly exploiting Israel's failure to intercept the missile that landed on the grounds of Ben Gurion Airport on Sunday morning. Despite facing sustained U.S. airstrikes — and Israeli retaliation in the near future — they continue their campaign against Israel, albeit with limited operational success. Still, the Houthis will claim a symbolic victory, boasting that their so-called "supersonic" ballistic missile overcame Israel’s multilayered missile defense system, including U.S. interceptors.
