Judge Bars Kars4Kids From Broadcasting ‘Misleading’ Ads in California

Basically, the judge ruled that the organisation did not disclose that because it did not disclose that it was a Jewish organisation and that it funded mostly kids outside of California, and that its jungle was stripped of all essential facts.
