Lack of Military Response regarding NK Violations

There appears to be a wide ranging consensus on what we should do next, but most of what is being suggested is much of what we have seen in the past regarding sanctions and further isolation. These do not appear to have had the desired effect historically and there is no reason to believe that these approaches will work going forward. The only sure way to stop NK is a military response. I believe the Geopolitical climate does not currently favor a unilateral strike by the US, and that further consequences could result in the form of Russian and Chinese intervention, should the US take that action now.

I ask this:

Is the US purposefully waiting fro NK to deliver a nuclear strike attempt on the US, so that the climate would be more favorable for military action? I truly believe that the US will purposefully allow NK to make the attempt the strike the US (throw the first punch) , in order to justify overwhelming direct military force, including tactical nukes. The US is playing a fucked up game of chicken.

Option 1: 100 million dollar bounty on Kim's head.
Option 2: Libyan tent doctrine. Bomb Kim in person. Chuck 50 cruise's a night into Kims haunts. Every bunker, every house. Aww, what the heck, flatten the DPRK mil while you're about it.
Option 3: Shoot down test missiles, destroy launch site.
Don't hold your breath, though. Nothing will be done until a few million 'muricans are immolated.

Option 4: Withdraw from international affairs, walk away from playing global policeman to keep the world safe for bloated plutocrats who are trying to kill all of us. Screw Mars, get back to the moon in a big way. Start up He3 fusion, orbital industries, seize and hold the high ground. Orbit constellations of rod of god sats to protect national interests. Tell the Saudi's and mid east to pound sand. Let the russians have the ME, and let china and the EU play all the games they like. Colonize the high frontier now, screw planet earth and the stone-age religious nutters living on it.
After the fires go out, pacify and colonize the remnants.
Option 4 is, by far, the cheapest and smartest thing to do. Smarter folks have been thumping on that for sixty years. The game is crocked. Change the game.

I have been saying this for years. Close all overseas military bases and bring all troops home. Use the money that would have gone towards maintaining those bases to build more CVN and SSBN. Why have a stationary base in hostile territory when you can park a mobile base in international waters and accomplish the same thing? Let all countries know that the US is no longer getting involved in regional conflicts and let nature take its course. Make it clear that any attack by foreign powers on CONUS, Alaska, or Hawaii - conventional or otherwise - will result in the immediate annihilation of the country responsible. Give a Kennedy-like speech about becoming 100% energy independent by the end of the current decade, feed, house, and care for our own people. Then tell the rest of the world to GFY.

I know, I know. It's not practical. But I'm tired of always being at war with Eurasia or Oceania.

If we can wake up for 10 minutes, read the riot act to some dangerous plutocrats who happen to be American citizens, maybe dust off the sedition and treason statues... bin the marxist euro-trash and politely inform the saudi's to pound sand and enjoy their oil. Back on the main topic, some sort of deal with the PRC seems to have been arrived at, the language from backside the Gate of Heavenly Peace had changed tone of late. If that's worth anything remains to be seen, as rather a lot of chinese and russian rocket parts are being fished out of the sea of Japan lately...
A bounty would work. Get him so paranoid that he starts some volcanic purging, maybe his own family or the military does him.
Above all, ridicule Kim with out mercy. Take the missiles seriously, but quietly, and start trying to down them. Getting way to close to Japan, and this last one was raining some hefty firebrands.
But publicly and officially, ride Kimmie like a twenty dollar mule, give him not a moments respect, or fear, or an iota of credibility.
This, coincidentally, would work wonders with certain detonating religious nutters...
