There would be no winners.
We'd all lose.
NATO forces would start pouring into Eastern Europe prepping for an invasion of Russia, and would start moving towards the Ukrainian front lines. Russia would have no option but to use tactical nuclear weapons on the columns of enemy troops, tanks, supplies and airbases.
NATO would respond with a tit-for-tat strike on Russian military bases.

Then you get a spiraling nuclear conflict that ends in nuclear holocaust.

If we're talking about conventional forces only (wouldn't happen, it would definitely escalate to nuclear), Russia's only hope would be to fall back to the urals and conduct gorilla warfare.

I would bet that NATO troops would be marching on what's left of red square within a week or two after an extensive bombing campaign.
