  • The X post from @911NewsBreaks claims a massive data breach hit US and Canadian governments, exposing Common Access Cards (CACs), over 150 million drivers' licenses, medical dispensary cards, and CDL documents, accompanied by a dramatic video graphic.
  • This alert references a Krebs on Security report from September 1, 2026, detailing a new dark web service called Nexus selling scans of 153M+ North American drivers' licenses and other IDs sourced from a compromised identity verification company.
  • The FBI's New Orleans field office has opened an inquiry into the leak, which includes records from high-profile individuals and appears to involve data aggregated by a private firm used by Fortune 500 companies.

I am beginning to believe any future war between great powers wont be precipitated by a military standoff but by cyber.

Cyber attacks are now firmly in the lexicon of everyone. Therefor there will be more public pressure or acceptance to retaliate and escalate.
Also people are going regard it as non military retaliation, like tariffs. Of course until it is kinetic
