I'm not staff. So idk. But I'd have to guess it has to do with Pakistan launching missiles at New Dehli and targeting military bases inside India...

Most likely conventional warfare on a level (air war that is, groundwise not much has been happening) since 1971.

I just had this thought. We haven’t seen a conflict like what is about to happen since Vietnam.

I don’t think the Trump administration gives two shits about what happens over there. TBH I don’t think most of the western world cares.

I forget the exact dates but this site went too 3 twice as a result of the Ukraine conflict. It was back in 2022 I think..

I doubt it very much. America needs good relationships with both countries. India to attempt staying away from brics. Pakistan for use of terrorist groups support for instability where needed. America can't afford to take sides militarily for those reasons.

I’m still hoping to wake up to the “we both won and achieved all of our objectives” until we see troops preparing for a land grab I’m not too concerned just more than usual.

That’s the thing. I’m thinking one side may preemptively strike in order to AVOID the ground-war. Immediate and complete nuclear bludgeoning into submission.

If India does it right, Pakistan won’t have a nuclear response.

I don’t see this conflict camping on the escalation ladder like Russia and Ukraine.

That's the dangerous part. If one side thinks they can win with a first strike and they miscalculate.... Oops (a serious understatement)
