General Dagvin Anderson, commander of U.S. Africa Command (AFRICOM) ties Mexican cartels to drug trafficking out of Africa saying Mexican cartel members were present at 11 of 12 labs they interdicted. The drugs are bound for the Middle East, Europe and the U.S. through the northern border.
