Looks like Trump is set to repeat the same failures as Obama and Biden. I never thought he’d roll over for anyone but now it seems he’s about to fold like a ill dog in front of terrorists.

Better get used to the idea of Iran a terrorist regime getting nuclear weapons. Clearly, Trump won't do what’s necessary to stop it.

I wouldn’t be too quick to run with this narrative. US bombers can reach pretty much anywhere in the Middle East as you know. They’re talking and if a solution can be achieved without force that would always be preferred.

My initial reaction was, there you go as well. But they are talking. You cannot base negotiating with Iran off of what Iranian leaders say publicly.

As far as the plane, you do realize there is more to that story than a fancy plane for Trump correct? Like when Qatar built the Un-Udeid air base for over a billion dollars. And has spent 100millions over the years in upgrades and defense pacs with the US. Were we bribed then by Qatar? Or was Qatar investing billions in their excess wealth to formalize their defense and diplomatic ties to the US.
Talks to donate a plane were going on with Biden admin. Boeing is behind on yet another contract to deliver AF1’s replacement, how many planes did Qatar agree to buy from Boeing last week, over 200?
So back and forth business and diplomatic deals yeah, “bribery”?


Now back on track, I too was hoping for quicker action across all fronts in a calming of things. Trump came out hard on tariffs, on ending the war, and on Iran.
The world has been at the brink of war and threatening renewed outbreaks for several years. Assuming bombers and missiles would be the sole means of solving things, how has that worked the last 25 years? Lot of fires out there. We actually assumed they would all go away in the first six months?

We can agree to disagree. You cannot negotiate with terrorists on any level or have any level of faith they will follow their word. Surprise, surprise. I'm disappointed in U.S. foreign policy. Embarrassing to get played by terrorists.

They either give them (centrifuges) up unequivocally, without precondition, or they get blown up. Only thing terrorists understand: action. Terrorists should NEVER be allowed to have nuclear weapons. Period.

1. No troops would be needed.
2. Minimal risk to any (US) lives.
3. Iran unlikely to go to war.
4. Would mostly be Israel's fight.
5. Israel has stated it is more then ready to take this on. But not without us watching their back, which again minimal risk to us doing so.

Excuse me Europe Israel Jordan the regional nations as well as India and China depend on the Red Sea. So does this mean we can now be isolationist and leave the protecting of sea lanes to the rest of the worlds nations, are you becoming an isolationist on us?

So your all for China expanding their naval presence and force projection in the gulf of Arabia. Wonder what that does to the security arrangements and influence China would have on Europe.

China already has naval bases there and has recently agreed with host nations to expand them. So not sure what your point is.

It wouldn't even be our battle, we would just be there to watch Israel's back, maybe lob a few ourselves. Shoot down whatever Iran may throw at Israel a few times and claim victory after a few rounds of tit for tat. Minimal risk to us most of the risk is on Israel.

Sadly, the terrorists seem to have fooled Trump. Or UAE/Qatar paid off Trump with those defense deals not to attack Iran. So we should all just get used to the idea of Iran being a nuclear terrorist state....

It was reported a week or two ago that Israel told US it has fully finished preparation to attack Iran. I know this for a fact. I reported on it and tagged staff on it.

So is this new evidence beyond what Israel itself has already admitted?...
