Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps warned U.S. allies in the Persian Gulf that it won’t hesitate to target American-linked oil and gas infrastructure in a way that could disrupt the industry for years to come.

“The regional partners of the United States must know that until today, it has exercised considerable restraint and acted according to the principle of good neighborliness,” the IRGC said in a statement posted by the semi-official Tasnim news agency. “U.S. partners must understand that while certain considerations were taken into account when selecting retaliatory targets, from now on, these considerations will end.”
